“To provide efficient support services to all officers and staff of RELA in managing and developing human resources that encompass organisational and human resource development services, disciplinary management as well as training requirements, in line with the objectives of the division”


  1. To manage the overall service aspects of officers and staff
  2. To plan, coordinate and implement human resource development programmes through domestic training organised by the public and private sectors
  3. To plan, study and manage matters pertaining to organisational restructuring, staffing, service schemes and allowances
